Ringneck Pheasant

Our pheasants are a Chinese Ringneck with a slight Mongolian Cross, coloring up as adults with blue-green backs, white rings and dark burgundy body feathers.

Chukar Partridge

The Chukar is a small flighty bird. Known for their flying ability and their zebra like stripes, very popular for dog training and they are a favorite addition to gamebird hunts. These birds hold well in cover and get up and go when flushed. These birds thrive in dry arid conditions.

Mongolian Pheasant

Mongolian is the breed we raise for our meat products. It is also referred to as extra large pheasant by some. It is also a challenging bird for dogs to get into flight as it tends to be a ground runner. The cox typically weighs between 3.5-4 lbs. and hens 2.5-3 lbs. at maturity. Which make a nice dressed and smoked bird.
